Procedure:
Teacher will hand out paper bags which are filled with a mystery food (food related). Use the questions on the lab sheet to guide you through the exercise. Using the science methods, you are to find out, without opening the bags, what you have. All the items in the bag are either food or food related. Record your guesses and reasons to support your guesses. Does the bag have an odor? Is it mushy? When you shake it, what sounds does it make? Once everyone is done recording their information, you can open your bags to reveal what is in it. PLEASE DO NOT EAT IT!
